We commit to engineering snacks that uplift your soul and that means snacks that contain ONLY the good stuff. What we will never do is compromise on taste. EVER. Our consumer panel is formed of people like you and I. People that have intolerances, people that want to make informed food choices, people of all ages from all walks of life but most importantly they all love the staple treats that taste scrumptious but sadly contain all the nasties.

We also want to equip your toolbox of knowledge so you can feel empowered to make better educated decisions when it comes to the relationship you have with food. See, the only way we can make better decisions is by understanding what our food contains, what the standard food processing methods are, how ingredients affect our bodies and in turn our soul. So we’re on a mission to provide digestable content backed by our very own inhouse scientist and founder Kinza.

so far
For over a decade, Kinza has shared a vision of a healthier, and tastier future. The seeds of RUH were planted when she was a teenager. Her natural leaning for healthier food consumption found her on a quest to provide better food for more souls and that was the beginning of RUH. To create products that undermine their conventional counterparts and deliver on the flavour and nutritional impact.

As a prior formulation chemist, runner, and nutrition-tinkerer, Kinza has always strived to improve her health and fitness performance. Since her early school days she has always proudly considered herself a science nerd – she grew her understanding and love for chemistry by reading product labels out of curiosity and following up with the internet to learn more .
