Free shipping on all orders above 30 GBP

For orders below the shipping threshold see the table below for shipping rates (we operate on a parcel weight basis):

Shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days across the United Kingdom. At this time we only ship within the United Kingdom. DM us on Instagram @eatruh If you want RUH in your country!

Please note that because of COVID-19, shipment carriers are not able to guarantee shipping within the estimated time frames listed above.

Our Returns Policy

We’re sorry to hear that something isn’t right

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your RUH products. We’d love to hear your feedback and see if we can help you find a different product that can help you get back to your RUHts – the ultimate wellness!

We highly value your feedback so please email hello@theruhco.com within 14 days of receipt of your product and we will work to resolve your query. If you feel there may be an issue with the product, please ensure to send a photo of the use by date and batch number (this is the small number underneath/beside the use by date) of the product you’re referring to in your email so we can investigate the issue you are reporting.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the warehouse to investigate your complaint. If a legitimate issue is recognised in your product by the warehouse, you may be instructed to return your order for further investigation. You may choose to provide your own shipping label or use the one provided. There will be a £5 refund processing charge per order.
